Amy Butler is Managing Broker of Corcoran DeRonja Real Estate and brings an incredible level of spirit and passion to the organization. Amy is responsible for helping agents manage, grow and maximize their business. With over 29 years of real estate management in the Triangle real estate market, she has developed a rock-solid reputation for coaching, mentoring, and training some of the Triangle’s most successful real estate professionals.
Amy was Managing Broker of Simpson and Underwood Realty (Prudential YSU) for 14 years, and most recently, she spent seven years with Fonville Morisey Realty. Her motto is “Do what you love,” and she has found a true passion for providing individualized coaching programs and helping agents manage, grow, and maximize their business. Building and fostering relationships has been a cornerstone of her career, and she has the attitude that if you take care of people, the rest takes care of itself.
Amy served as a Trained Mediator for the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors®, was the Co-Chair of the Professional Standards and Grievance Committee, and an Ombudsman for the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors®. She enjoys working out, going to concerts, gardening, reading, and spending time with her family.
