Beatriz Negrin is a premier Raleigh realtor with over two decades of real estate experience, offering market knowledge, and client-first dedication. As a proud Hispanic realtor in North Carolina, Beatriz is the founder of a Latina-owned real estate business and is fully fluent in Spanish, allowing her to seamlessly bridge cultural and language gaps for a diverse clientele across the Triangle region.

Beatriz’s deep-rooted passion for the industry began in South Florida, where she grew up immersed in a family-owned real estate business. To maximize her skills and protect her clients at the highest level,  working for years within law firms specializing in real estate transactions, probate, and estate planning. During this time, she collaborated extensively with commercial developers on subdivisions, gaining foundational expertise in new construction and land development.

After relocating to the Triangle, Beatriz served in the Wake County District Attorney’s office for the Special Victims Unit and as an interpreter—honing the sharp negotiation, patience, and communication skills she brings to every transaction today. Driven by her true calling, she obtained her North Carolina real estate license and returned to full-time brokerage.
