A Raleigh native, Chelsea Ward combines deep local knowledge with a genuine passion for helping people find their place in the community. A proud graduate of Saint Mary’s School, Chelsea went on to earn her bachelor's degree in Communications from East Carolina University—go Pirates! Her professional journey came full circle with roles in Alumni Relations and Advancement at both of her alma maters, where she developed a strong skillset for fundraising, donor management, strategic communication, and networking. 

Chelsea brings that same heart for connection to her real estate work. Relationship-building is a cornerstone of her approach, and she is deeply committed to understanding her clients’ needs and goals. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a long-loved property, or making a strategic investment, Chelsea is a thoughtful and trusted advisor every step of the way.

Outside of real estate, Chelsea enjoys cheering on her beloved ECU Pirates, experimenting in the kitchen, and capturing everyday beauty through photography. She’s also an active member of Unruly Women Collective, where she finds inspiration and community among fellow creatives and entrepreneurs.
