For more than 20 years, Frank DeRonja has represented excellence in North Carolina real estate. He founded Corcoran DeRonja Real Estate on a simple principle: always put clients and agents first.

Frank has participated in thousands of transactions throughout his career as both a top producing agent and brokerage leader. Since launching his firm in 2010, he has assembled a team of more than 30 like minded professionals who share his commitment to exceptional service and creating lifelong client relationships. His expertise spans multiple property types and submarkets across the Triangle, with a business built largely on repeat clients and referrals.

In addition to his brokerage leadership, Frank has been deeply involved in professional and community service. He has held numerous leadership roles within local and state REALTOR organizations and remains actively engaged in advancing the real estate profession and supporting homeownership.

Frank’s wife, Cristin, has also dedicated her career to serving the community. She previously served as Executive Director of SAFEchild, Wake County’s child abuse prevention agency, and continues to contribute through volunteer and leadership roles locally and statewide.

Frank and Cristin reside in Raleigh and are the proud parents of four children: Frank III, Josie, Emily, and Roland.
